Booking Us & Remaining Balance Owed
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. The deposit is included in the package price.
Giving us your deposit means you have read and accept all
Hightower Music policies
If you mail your deposit? We will call you and notify
when we receive your deposit.
The full amount may be paid when booking us or
anytime thereafter, but must be paid in full 30 days from event date. When booking us if your event is less than 30 days away? The total ammount will be due when booking us.
Non-Refundable Deposit
The minimum $100.00 deposit or any amount you give
Hightower Music when booking us will be considered
a deposit and is non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel an event booked with Hightower Music
your deposit will not be refunded or returned to you.
If you cancel an event within 30 days of the event date and have not paid the remaining balance owed? You may be held liable for the remaining amount due. If you have already paid in full for the event?
No money will be returned or refunded to you.
Hightower Music has never canceled a date in 18 years.
Rest assured. If a situation arises?
We have back up gear
and back up DJ's just in case.
Rescheduling
Please be sure of the date when booking us. We are more than happy to reschedule your booked date if we have the new date open.
If you decide to change the booked event date and we do not
have the new date open? You will still be liable for the total
amount owed for the original booked date.
Refund Policy If An Event Gets Shut Down
If any Hightower Music equipment is ever in danger of damage or a DJ in danger of personal harm? Your event will be immediately shut down and there will be no refunds given. If the event manager/owner tells us we need to shut the event down? There will be no refunds given. If the police come and tell us to shut the event down. No refunds will be given. If any unforeseen circumstances occur (weather, act of God, fight/brawl, power failure etc...) No refunds will be given.
Equipment Policies
If your reception is in the daylight or the room is to bright? If there is not enough room to use the proper lighting truss. If we were not allowed enough time to set up all of the gear correctly. Lighting will not be used. If there are issues with wind or interference? Or if the officiator chooses not to be mic'ed? A microphone will not be used. If your DVD is not made by us? We can not be responsible for whether or not it will play or play properly. We DO NOT provide a DVD player UNLESS we make the DVD. If a client or a attendee of your event gets offensive or abusive on a mic? The mic will be turned off. We may allow you to have us connect an MP3 device or video projectors sound to our gear. If it causes issues or problems it will be disconnected. We do not provide cables for connections. If you have a need to connect any device? Please make sure we are notified well in advance.
